I am currently a graduate student in mental health counseling at Hunter College.  As a former attorney in private practice for many years, I decided to pursue a master’s degree in mental health counseling after witnessing the mental health crisis in my field.  I have an interest in helping adults of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, workplace trauma, burnout, and low self-esteem.  I am also passionate about reducing stigma and barriers to access surrounding mental health care.  I believe every individual is unique but that no one should feel the need to struggle alone.  My goal is to help clients develop a better understanding of themselves and make meaningful changes in their lives.
