I am an intern here at Purposeful Living Mental Health Counseling.  My first graduate degree is in education and child study, and I was a teacher for many years. I have an interest and passion for helping children and adolescents, as well as adults. I believe in a holistic, goal-oriented, and solution-focused approach to counseling. I am also a big believer in mindfulness and meditation. I am trained in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and pregnancy and infant loss. My specializations are in military trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and eating disorders. My goal is to get my clients to a place where they can live their happiest and most authentic lives.
