As a yoga teacher and counselor, I hold space for individuals and couples to explore themselves and discover healing and wholeness. I believe my primary responsibility is to create a safe, warm environment where we can explore your feelings and experiences together. I strive to bring an appreciation for silence, compassion, and hope to every session.
I earned my undergraduate degree in International Development at SUNY Empire State College, and my masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nyack College. My goal is to provide culturally competent therapy that incorporates and integrates everything that makes you, you. I am also an RYT-500 level yoga teacher and I’ve received additional training in DBT.
I specialize in working with people healing from physical, sexual, emotional, and spiritual trauma. I love working with couples and individuals of any gender. The intention is to allow you to leave each session with a deeper sense of self and a tangible, actionable strategy to move toward your goals.
